Our Team

Dr. Jeremy Ensor is dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered vision care and believes that healthy vision plays a vital role in overall quality of life. Known for his attentive and personalized approach, he takes the time to understand each patient’s needs and ensures they feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for at every visit.
 

Dr. Ensor earned his Bachelor’s and Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley (GO BEARS!). In 2007, he took over the Lafayette practice and has since built a reputation for delivering comprehensive eye care with a focus on both advanced clinical expertise and individualized service. His professional interests include contact lens fittings, pediatric eye care, and thorough eye health evaluations designed to support long-term vision and wellness.
 

Philosophy of Care
Dr. Ensor believes that the best eye care begins with listening. By taking the time to understand each patient’s lifestyle, concerns, and vision goals, he is able to provide thoughtful recommendations and personalized solutions that support clear, comfortable vision and lasting eye health.
 

Dr. Ensor is proud to care for patients and families throughout Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, and the greater Bay Area. He values building lasting relationships with his patients and is committed to helping the community maintain healthy vision for years to come.
 

Outside the practice, Dr. Ensor enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and their dogs. In his free time, he also enjoys traveling and watching movies.

Miranda is a visual artist and loves to help you choose frames that complement your look as well as the lenses that will help you see the best. She also has a passion for tutoring and enjoys working with patients who are learning to wear contacts for the first time, and also those who just need a quick refresher!
 

Outside of the office, she enjoys playing soccer, reading (especially books about early settlers’ lives in the American prairie-let her know if you have any recommendations!), and watching her favorite sports teams, the SF Giants and University of Michigan football — go blue!

Known for big-picture thinking and a fresh perspective, Marjorie takes pride in making sure each visit runs smoothly — whether she’s assisting behind the scenes or helping patients select their frames in our optical shop. She believes that great service is rooted in kindness, clear communication, and making people feel truly seen and cared for.
 

Outside of the office, Marjorie is passionate about public education and also enjoys Tahitian dance, bringing creativity, discipline, and joy into all that she does.
